I have replaced the new folder Fonts (from extracted installer) to '\X-LibreOffice\Lib\Fonts'.Ĥ. (extracted folder: System64) to folder '\X-LibreOffice\Bin\LibreOffice 7\program'ģ. I have moved Visual C++ Runtime Environment. I have extracted the LibreOffice 7.5.0.3 installer with UniversalExtractor2 Portable (Bioruebe version) and updated the '\X-LibreOffice\Bin\LibreOffice 7' folderĢ. I have manually updated a previous installation of wPP's LibreOffice 圆4.ġ. I use the winPenPack's build of LibreOffice 7.5.0.3 - 64 bit, on Windows 7 SP1 and it works perfectly.
The LibreOffice local installer attempts to install this as well but doesn't always succeed. This occurs on Windows 7, 8, and 8.1 even with Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows manually installed.

It crashes with an error in kernelbase.dll while starting up on both our 32-bit and 64-bit Win 7, 8, and 8.1 test virtual machines.
